CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit Policy: * All deposits are non-refundable. * Deposits will be applied towards the final payment of the tattoo. * If a client needs to reschedule, they must contact us at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. * If a client reschedules, the original deposit will be rolled over to the new appointment. * If a client fails to show up for their appointment or does not provide adequate notice, they will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule. * Repeated no-shows or failed rescheduling attempts may result in the forfeiture of deposits and the inability to schedule future appointments. Communication Policy: * Clients must provide accurate contact information, including a phone number and email address. * Clients are responsible for checking their email and voicemail for appointment reminders and important updates. * Clients must notify us promptly of any changes to their contact information. By implementing this policy, we aim to maintain a fair and respectful environment for all clients and artists. Clear communication and commitment to scheduled appointments ensure a smooth and enjoyable tattoo experience.
